  1. A referral email is forwarded to a Sagence address from the clinic inbox.
  2. The referral is checked, a mobile number is added, and the pre-consultation is sent to the patient.
  3. The patient answers the specialist interview on their phone in their own words.
  4. The clinic is notified that the history is complete, with anything needing urgent attention flagged.
  5. The clinician opens the finished history before clinic, with each line traceable to the patient’s answer, and the letter drafted ready to review.
