Product and regulatory status

Patient data
- All patient data is stored in the UK on Google Cloud Platform (London).
- No transfer outside the UK or EEA.
- GDPR compliant. Sagence Health Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
- Patients can pause, return, skip a question or stop. The appointment goes ahead either way.
Hosting and access
- UK-hosted throughout.
- The clinician controls what is collected and what is shared.
- Sagence is not a system of record. Review on screen, or file the structured export into the system the practice already uses.
Clinical safety and review
- Every summary statement links back to the patient’s own words, so any line can be checked against its source.
- The clinician reviews the history and decides what happens next. Sagence never acts automatically.
- Clinical logic, versioning and governance sit inside Sagence and are refined with practising specialists.

- Cyber Essentials Plus certified. UK government-backed, independently verified.
- ISO 9001:2015 quality management certified.
- Compliant with the NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC).
